The sponsorship of the Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation is fully in the hand of God and our God has been using individuals, cooperate bodies, love hearted organizations, companies, religious organizations, families, clubs and people of different backgrounds to be helping and sponsoring Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation which has made it to be strong and moving on without failing and without falling.
Rev Prof Emma Ononuju and his wife Rev DR (Mrs.) Alice Zuriel Ononuju did not establish the Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation because they have the cash or resources to sponsor it, but they established it by faith, believing that God has greater and more resources to sponsor it and God has been doing that as they hoped and believed.
Rev Prof Emma Ononuju sees the foundation as the work and walk of faith which shall attract the presence and power of God because God is interested. God was the person who persuaded Rev Prof Emma Ononuju and his wife Rev DR (Mrs.) Alice Zuriel Ononuju to start the Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation, which they obeyed, believing that God shall supply all the needs of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation according to His promises Phil 4:19, Deut 11:26-28. Our God is the sponsor of this great organization through men.

Your call may not be to establish another Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation, but your call obviously must be to sponsor this existing one or to support this existing one in order to receive the blessings of God which he promised all that shall be involved in His business and all benevolent works of mercy. We are therefore calling upon you to be our partner in this work of mercy. We are therefore calling upon you to be our partner in this work of mercy, in saving lives, in saving souls, in caring and in sponsoring the less privileged. I. APPEALS FROM HEAVEN
Appeals from heaven are the appeals from God, pleading to the good citizens good hearted individuals, organizations and to cooperate bodies to care, help, support and to sustain the poor, the widows, the houseless, the orphans and all the less privileged people in our society. God is still pleading to you as an individual to do something in order to make these classes of people to live and to survive. Whatever you can give or support which shall keep these people to live and to survive shall be recorded in heaven by God. This is a direct appeal from God to you Mtt 10:42, Heb 6:10, James 2:15-19, Lk 3:10-11, Col 3:23-24.
II. APPEALS FROM THE EARTH
Appeals from the earth are appeals from our office pleading for your help, support, concern, contribution and for your sponsorship. It will be a great shock to you to know that some widows don’t see food to eat and have no money to buy it, some good talented brilliant children were dropped out of school because there is no father to train them, some good and reasonable, but poor people are suffering from one sickness or the other because there is no money to treat themselves, orphans in our orphanage home and all abandoned children need food, clothes and educational training in order training in order to be useful and alive also, aged childless widows and widowers are suffering in the villages without care and daily suffering from malnutrition, while many are dying due to non adequate attention, the youths are roaming the street due to lack of jobs and this has increased the crime in the society, while many go into compulsory fasting (starvation) because there is no food and no hope of getting that. We therefore appeal to you as an individual to consider the sufferings, sorrows and pains of these our people who also were created by God and do something on their behalf. We beg you and compassionately appeal to your heart to help, support, sponsor, give, donate, contribute or to supply materials that would help these people to live, survive and to be sustained. You can give cash, food items, clothing materials, money, mobility, electronics or whatever you can give to help the less privileged. Anything you give shall stand as a greater foundation for your long life, security, miracles, promotion, prosperity, protection, blessings and issues that shall attract the presence of God to you, to your family and to whatever you placed your hands to do. III. APPEALS FROM THE POOR AND THE NEEDY
The widows, poor, aged widowers and widows without children, orphans in orphanages, abandoned children in Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation, motherless babies in Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation, houseless individuals, poor citizens, the sick in the hospitals and all less privileged people are daily suffering, crying, and groaning because of inadequate feeding, hunger, ill feeling, isolation and other social needs. Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation cannot solve their problems alone that is why your helps, contribution, gifts, sponsorship, supplies, prayers, cash, donations, supports and your partnership are needed. Compassionate woman outreach ministries is an incorporated gospels, ministry that is centered in feeding and caring the orphan, help the window, supporting the less privileged, visiting the sick and the prisoners and spreading the gospel to the poor and converting sinners for Christ. Its major programme cares in orphanage where the helpless or orphans are cared for.

- THE HISTORY
Compassionate woman out reach ministries was founded by Rev DR (Mrs.) Alice Zuriel Ononuju, the wife of Rev Prof Emma Ononuju, the general overseer of Redemption Campaigners Mission Nigeria. The birth of compassionate women outreach ministries was founded by Rev. Dr (Mrs.) Alice Zuriel Ononuju the wife of Rev. Prof Emma Ononuju, the General over seer of Redemption Campaigners Mission Nigeria. The birth of compassionate women outreach ministries was as a result of the great burden and great compassionate which God laid in the heart Mrs.
Alice Zuriel Ononuju in 1996, about the suffering of the orphans, the agony of the abandoned children, the pains of the widows and the sufferings of the poor sick Christians in the hospitals who had no money to pay their medical bills. These burden grew higher!! And higher each day and continues to increase every hour that she started weeping and crying because of the situation these innocent creatures of God. in 1998, she started praying for God’s help on these people, which she also put into practice by establishing widows, orphans and prison visitation every month, with food items and little cash at her reach. She continued visiting orphanage homes, prisons and hospitals with little gifts at her reach, but in the years 2002, God spoke to her, that she was playing off the point and outside the field, that the burden is a sign of what God wants her to do, that her ministry is not to visit these people, but to house them, care for them, feed them shelter them and train them, that she must establish an orphanage home inorder to feed, care, train and to make the orphans what God wished them to be in live.
Having thinking on how possible that could be because she was already a minister’s wife, taking care of a local church and the District at large, because her husband at that time was a District superintendent in their church, while she had been a pastor’s wife for over nineteen years by them. This revelation of opening an orphanage home and widow’s center disturbed her so much because there was no money to start these. She started praying with different conditions to God appealing that God should shift or remove such burdens from her but instead of God shifting the burden; God rather increased the burden higher than expected. Under this condition, she started managing herself, living in sorrow because, there was no money to run the ministries hence the ministries involve much money.
It was about July 2005 that she surrendered to God and agreed to establish the orphanage home and widow’s center in Aba, Abia State of Nigeria. Having agreed on this, another year passed when God gave her the name of the ministry which is today known as COMPASSIONATE WOMEN OUTREACH MINISTRY. Today this ministry as an orphanage home making great impact in the specific areas of its calling.

This is an orphanage home established in 2006 in Aba, Abia State of Nigeria. the purpose of this ministry is to care, feed, house, protect, train and to give sense of belonging to orphans and to children picked up along the street and in gutters . this means also goes out for rural soul wining and support the widows and gives support the fatherless in the society
PROJECTS OF THE COMPASSIONATE WOMEN OUTREACH MINISTRY
- To build bigger orphanage home that can accommodate more than two thousand orphans.
- To build a big fellowship center that can accommodate more than ten thousand people in fellowship .
- To build a health center for free treatment of Christian who may not have money for their treatment and to treat the poor.
- To establish prayer camp for Christian where believers can go to have quite time, to pray and seek the presences of God. A place that can accommodate more than twenty thousand people with halls rooms and fields for believers and alone.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Compassionate women out reach ministry has aims and objectives and seriously fights to accomplish all. Listed below are the outstanding and objectives of the ministry.
(1) To house, clothe feed, care, train and help the orphans, the motherless children and abandoned children in our society.
(2) To care, help, feed, support and cloth the widows with necessary items for their survival.
(3) To support and help for the training of the poor widows children in the schools.
(4) To help the poor, the sick and the less privileged with foods and cash for their survival.
(5) To carry the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the unchurched and to where sinners are found.
(6) To make the widows, orphans, abandoned children, the poor and the motherless more reasonable by building them with the true word of God and prayers.
(7) Preaching in the church , markets streets and by campaigning for general assistance of the good spirited individual in the society and sharing our handbills through which we make our ministry known.

PROGRESS MADE IN COMPASSIONATE WOMEN ORPHANAGE HOME(ORPHANAGE HOME)
There are many other progress made by the compassionate women outreach ministry since inception as a ministry in Nigeria.Listed below are some of the progresses made.
- Feeding and caring for more than one hundred and twenty five orphans.
- Training more than twenty orphans in Nursery Schools.
- Training more than sixty orphans in Primary Schools.
- Training more than thirty five orphans in Secondary Schools.
- clothing and housing more than one hundred and twenty five orphans.
- Training and sponsoring more than fifty two fatherless citizens in the primary and secondary schools.
- Sponsoring and clothing more than eighty widows in Nigeria.
- Helping some sick ones in the hospitals and paying medical bills of some poor ones in sick bed.
- Renting a larger place of the accommodation of more orphans.
- Purchasing all domestic materials and other items for the sleeping and living comfort of the orphans in our orphanage homes.
- Giving protection, caring and senses of belonging to the orphans and other abandoned children in the home.
- Treating and saving the lives of the orphans and giving the adequate medical attention to the sick among the orphans and abandoned children.
- Bringing the orphans and all abandoned children in he home with the fear of God and in gospel truth.
- Knowing Jesus and making him known among the orphans.
BUILDING FOR THE HOME
Compassionate women out reach ministry will build a bigger home for the
total accommodate of the orphans , widows and the less privileged for
their Christian fellowship and other meetings that would be of great
help to the people and the home at large. The kids on morning worship, prayers and joyful marching after devotion.

Compassionate women orphanage home is
non –government organization (N.G.O) and is not owned by any church but
is sponsored by Rev Dr. Emmanuel Ononuju and his wife Rev. Mrs. Alice
Zuriel Ononuju who are also the founders of the ministry. Other sources
of income are through the free donations or gift of good spirited
individuals in our society, market evangelism and visiting to churches. STAFFING
Compassionate women out reach ministry has staff who are willing to
serve god in such capacity and are having the same burden and passion
for the orphans , widows and the poor in t he society.
Compassionate women Orphanage Home is an orphanage Centre founded by Rev. Dr. & Mrs. Onunuju. This ministry has two fold businesses, one is on physical while the other is on spiritual needs. Compassionate women outreach ministry is an orphanage centre that cares for motherless children, orphans and children pick up in the streets that were thrown into pits and gutters after delivery. It caters for helpless widows and offering them helps and supplying them foods, cloths and other related items for their survival every Monday of the week. It holds fellowship with widows and abandoned children in the orphanage. This ministry embarks in hospital evangelism, market evangelism, prison and school evangelism. Compassionate women outreach ministry is headed by Rev. Mrs. Alzuriel Ononuju.
This ministry is depended on the offerings, gifts, supports, sponsorships and helps from good spirited individuals in the churches and else where. The aim of this ministry is to make Mr. Nobody “Mr. Somebody” and crate hope for hopeless and finally introduce the orphans, poor widows and all around the ministry to our Lord and Saviour JESUS CHRIST. It fights to give sense of belonging and to make these children reasonable in the society and to make them be useful to God and to humanity. These children need to be trained in Nursery, Primary and at least in Secondary Schools to know how to read and how to write and to be socially balanced.
This is very necessary to the children in this orphanage and I believe the task and challenge before all of us especially the Nigerian Christians and of course the believers in Christ no mater their nation and tribe is to contribute to the moral, spiritual and educational upbringing of these children who may tomorrow become the national leaders, governors, senators, teachers, lawyers, judges, engineers and gospel preachers if we really cared. Who knew that Moses a boy pickup by the river would be the law giver, first commander, first leader, first prophet and the founder of Jewish religion? Who knew that Jephtar would be the military commander and the deliverer of Israel in times of their trouble, child oof a harlot driven out of the village and rejected by his people without knowing the potentials in him? Rev. Mrs. Alzuriel Ononuju the leader of this ministry is open to all both to join and to contribute.
Compassionate women Orphanage Home (orphanage) is a ministry for all, accepting membership from every denomination, every tribe, every race and from all who want to be more useful in God’s hand and all who want to contribute to the physical and spiritual survival of those whom God has not approved their death for now!
It has been approved and publicly known that cash spent in saving a soul is more than great amount spent in building a mansion for personal pleasure, while the amount spent in keeping a soul is a great treasure in heaven which is for eternity. ATTENTION
Every believer must serve, give and live but not every believer should be on full time service in God’s business, some shall be givers and supporters of those in full time services in God’s business. We are all called to serve and to minister, hence the soul winning business is not an optional work to any born again Christian but a MUST to all of us. The work of soul winning can be done through personal involvement of the believers or through their substitutes which are money or other supports. 1. To care and feed the orphans and all abandoned children that were picked in the gutters or along the streets.
2. To give the abandoned children orphans and all fatherless, the sense of belonging.

7. Sharing clothes, shoes, rice, beans and other materials to orphans, poor widows and the less privileged.
8. Raising fund from good Christian who donated freely to keep the home.
9. Creating awareness on the social evils and the reality and dangers of HIV/AIDS in our country.
10. Motivating the young widows and orphans to learn any better trade of their choice and to help them more useful and reasonable.
11. Preaching and teaching that touched people’s lives and actions that also made to be saved and reasonable .
12. Helping pastors with cash , suits and food for their survival, and sponsoring them in Christian programmes.
13. Giving scholarship to students in Bible colleges and other Christian institutions.

- Fighting, quarreling, malice or any type of enmity is a crime in this orphanage home, therefore any person found in such shall be sacked and her appointment terminated.
- Any staff discovered in hypocrisy or bad representation of this orphanage home, in secret meeting against this orphanage or in any manner of discussion that project the failures, evil and dangers of the Director of this orphanage home or the orphanage as an organization which are not true, but baseless fiction to destroy this orphanage shall have her appointment terminated.
- Non staff of Compassionate Women Outreach Ministry (Orphanage Home) is not allowed to go into the orphanage rooms or hall without the approval of the sitting staff on duty, if this is done, the careless staff appointment shall be terminated.
- Staff of this orphanage home shall not handover the keys of the home to any non staff of the Compassionate Women Outreach Ministry (Orphanage Home) this is grievous offence in management.
- No staff shall leave or close duty without handing over to the incoming staff with document provided for that purpose.
- This orphanage home shall not be governed by any external person or persons, neither such person or persons allowed for any free entry unless allowed by the management of COWOM.
- No staff shall close without special prayers with children, neither shall any staff leave office without proper handover to the incoming staff on duty.
- Stealing, misusing of the orphanage items or seizing materials donated by the good spirited citizens to the orphanage home is a crime and anyone found in such practice shall be seen as a criminal.
- Crafty activities are not allowed, hide and talk and evil tongues that aim at destroying the orphanage is not allowed, anyone discovered on that shall be dismissed.
- Late coming is not allowed unless with tangible reason, absence and abandonment of duties are not allowed without tangible reasons or acceptable excuses.
- Taking the events in this orphanage home to outsiders as a means to destroying the image of this holiness orphanage home is a crime and anyone found on that shall have her appointment terminated.
- Every staff of this orphanage home shall love the children, love her fellow staff and shall fight for its growth and progress.
- Every staff shall be a co-builder of this orphanage home and shall be a great partner in progress and in success.
- On the day of prayer and fellowship, every staff must be present and must participate in full.
- The cleanness of the home, the compound and its environment are the business of the staff on duty, while the cleanness or neatness of the children in this orphanage home shall never be neglected by the staff on duty.
- This orphanage home does not allow women on trousers, nor to appear on short, therefore no staff is allowed to dress casually, seductively or such appearance that can suggest evil tools to immorality Deut.22:5.
- Alcoholic drinks, smoking, hard drugs, or any form of tobacco usage are not allowed in this godly organization, nor do we permit any visit of opposite sex to the workers unless such person or persons are relations to the visited staff.
- We do not allow our staff that should give practical examples to the children in this home to appear worldly or to put any dress that can expose their inner parts of their body, nor do we allow any seductive dressing in this home.
- Love among the staff shall be our watch word and shall always be exemplified every day. Hatred is not allowed in our orphanage home.
- Diligence is expected by every staff, while obedience to the authority of this home shall never be taken lightly at all.
- Every staff who needs the blessing of God should take this work as his own, this is the initial miracle of God to the penitent. Market evangelism is a part of our work.
- The aim, purpose and the focus of Compassionate Women Outreach Ministry, shall also be the aim, purpose and focus of any staff of this ministry and to actualize all shall be the goal of every employed staff because she is employed only to actualize all.
- Every staff of Compassionate Women Outreach Ministry (Orphanage Home) shall be very friendly, and patently with the visitors and others that come for one enquiry or the other. Soft and mild approaches are required every time, while sad faces and hostile approach are not allowed.
- Good reception and love exemplification are required by the staff while receiving visitors and others that may come to the compassionate home. Hostile responses are not allowed, no matter how hash and wild the visitor maybe. Never quarrel with your client nor ague with your visitors but always mild and simple.
- Antagonistic relationship with the director, with management or with the fellow staff is not allowed, if such is discovered, the offender shall be dismissed immediately. We do not allow cold war of any type, nor malice because this is a holiness organization where Christ reigns supreme.
- Any staff who cannot live up to the standard of holiness required in this orphanage home should resign. We hate and abhor sins and preach against backbiting, gossiping, slandering, sins, lying, deceit, boasting, cheating, fighting, smoking, adultery, fornication, witchcraft, wizarding, occultation, avarices, murder, poisoning, charming, church going without Christ, idolatry, hypocrisy, enmity, hatred, sorcery, wordiness, church attendance with diabolic activities, in taking of alcoholic beverages, quarreling stealing and church office without salvation, any other evil practice and shall never work with persons of such attitude or evil bahaviour.
- Some haters of the gospel and good work of God shall hate our gospel work in building the rejected children and orphans and may form gossip group and antagonistic candidates against this orphanage of God, therefore, we warn our staff to avoid any relationship with such people as long as such staff wants to work with us, because her relationship with such people may pollute the heart of the innocent staff and push her into unnecessary, mishavior which we may not tolerate but shall dismiss her. Sabotage is not allowed and cannot be tolerated.
- Attention must be given to the physical health of children in the compassionate home and to noticeable and behavior of each child, whether good or bad behavior in order to plan how best to help such child.
- Compassionate Women Outreach Ministry (Orphanage Home) is not money making organization, but a nonprofit making ministry, therefore every staff must know this and follow it up, because the supreme task of this organization is to make useless children to become useful and to restore the unfortunate children to what God had in mind while creating them, even when they were in the wombs.
- No outsider (non staff) is allowed to sleep in this orphanage home no matter his or her situation and excuses, to avoid regrettable dangers tomorrow.
- Our orphanage home is open to receive the orphans, abandoned children, motherless babies, rejected and wandering children or other children with unfortunate stories, but this will be done legally, properly and constitutionally with the approval and guidelines of the director.
- We are not on illegal and sinful ministry, but in a business approved by God, taught by Jesus Christ and approved by the states and federal government of Nigeria, therefore, any staff that derails, deviates and does contrarily shall bear the consequences of her offenses on her shoulder. We carry our duties sincerely, faithfully, righteously and in faith focusing heaven with fear of God.
- The children shall be taken to worship, to godly fellowship and to Christ oriented program by the staff on duty everyday at the time appointed for that in order to bring them to Christ and to help them experience Bible salvation very early in their lives, hence this is one of our major targets in running this orphanage home.

Rev. Prof Emma Ononuju is a gospel minister from Oguta, Imo State of Nigeria. Compassionate Women Outreach Ministry Eket is an orphanage center founded by Rev. Prof & Mrs Ononuju. This ministry has two fold businesses, one is on physical, while the other is on spiritual needs. Compassionate Women Outreach Ministry Inc is an orphanage center that cares for Motherless Children, Orphans and children picked up in the streets that were thrown into pits and gutters after delivery. It caters for helpless widows and offering them helps and supplying them foods, clothes and other related items for their survival every Monday of the week. It holds fellowship with widows and abandoned children in the orphanage home. This ministry embarks on hospital evangelism, market evangelism, prison and school evangelism. This ministry is depended on the offerings, gifts, supports, sponsorship and helps from good spirited individuals in the churches and elsewhere. Who knew that Jephtar would be the military commander and the deliverer of Israel in times of their trouble, child of a harlot driven out of the village and rejected by his people without knowing the potentials in him? Rev. Mrs. Alzuriel Ononuju the leader of this ministry is open to all both to join or to contribute to the development of these children.
