3.CARE TO THE DEAF AND DUMB CHILDREN

Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation N.G.O is a mercy organization whose duties include, the total caring, catering, feeding and helping the deaf and dumb children, deaf and dumb infants and children with hearing and speaking disabilities. Creating vision and success oriented mission to these children and also sending them to special schools are of great necessity to these children in order to make them survive and to live as every other successful person on earth. Children who noticed their early stagnating growth who also later discovered that they are dwarfs do not live with joy, but always in anger, sorrows, displeasure and in sadness. They need comfort, courage word of hope and impartation of faith, faithfulness and hope. Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation as a mercy organization has occupied the positions of the helpers, the supporters, the keepers, the feeders and the sponsors to such blind poor widows in the society. These blind poor widows are born to live and to survive.

The crippled and lame people among the childless couples are not called to die, to suffer, neither created to see hellfire on earth, but were created with the same aim of existence with others. God warns and commands us to give homes and to shelter strangers and the homeless people in our villages and major cities there are hundreds and thousands of homeless and stranded people roaming about, why? They are often in oceans of pains, sufferings and hunger and are daily seeking for their redeemer, but who are those redeemers? As the representative of God in discharging His earthly duties and as the extended hand of God in reaching the poor and the sick ones, Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation is divinely assigned to treat, cater, protect and to preserve the lives of the helpless and poor sick widows with special health problems in order to elongate their lives. The conditions of these helpless widows with special health problems are not the will of God and does not please God at all, thus, this organization cares and relives them on God’s behalf.

Majority of mad women roaming the streets and villages today are widows, why? It is because of inadequate care, frustrations, threatening, forceful ejection, humiliation and shameful dragging out of their homes, hunger, anxiety, oppressions, isolation and other bitter treatments from their brothers in-law and other relations their late husbands. 8. LIFE AND HEALTH ASSURANCES TO MENTALLY RETARDED AGED PERSONS

The frustrated and mentally retarded aged persons have been considered as dead people by many neighbours of “JOB’S WIFE”, who concluded that her husband must surely die, therefore requested that her husband must surely die, therefore requested that her husband prophet Job, should curse God and die. The aged mentally retarded persons are confused, disorganized, hopeless, emotionally tortured, psychologically lost, reasonably dead, responsibly failed and socially disregarded. They are often prone to sicknesses and health failures resulting to abrupt death and abrupt shocks. These are not the will of God for them and God is not pleased with their foundation to respond to the physical, psychological spiritually and the general needs of the mentally retarded aged persons in our society.

In west African culture, childlessness is considered as the worst curse and the most unfortunate event to any couple or to any individual. These classes of people suffer in pains and have no person to help in domestic matters, no person to assist in times of needs and no person to discuss with, neither person to support in times distress. They are often in pains, in tears, in sorrows and often in groaning with regrets. They are poor, helpless, isolated, unable to work and to walk freely, and unable to function due to their physical bad conditions. They are people of double disabilities, double frustrations and double misfortunate of life. They need helps, supports and caring. God is not pleased with their present conditions and did not plan for that at all. The imbeciles are still human beings and still loved by God because JESUS also died for them. The deaf and the dumb in our society are not lost but are still useful in many areas of life. They need protections, guards, guidelines, training, coordination and helps in order to become better and more responsible. Some cultures and some communities see the dumb and the deaf as totally useless, totally lost and totally valueless, but GOD does not see them so, but values them because of the blood of JESUS CHRIST that was shed for them. The dumb and the deaf need clothes, houses, foods, wives, lands, businesses and better education also. God has sent Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation to re-direct and re-position such people in order for them to live and to survive and be rich.

This idea has given birth to many children from the disabled parents without any hope of training and proper feeding arrangements.
