Be obedient to God and heed to His commandments and His holy laws on the shedding of innocent blood, HE says “THOU SHALT NOT KILL” This includes all forms of termination of life, no matter the weapon used.
Respect the law and the constitution of your nation that abhors killing of the innocent fellows including all forms of murder, therefore don’t kill, no matter the age and colour of the person, nor where the person is whether the person is in the womb, in the farm, at home or in the business world. “Don’t kill”.
Love others as you love yourself and take life as an important issue and give regards to the blood and avoid anything that shall group you among those that shed blood and among the murders of our days.
Have mercy on the poor, the afflicted and all in one pain or the other and plan on how you will contribute to make them sound, revived, healed and restored to whom God originally created them to become in life.
Remember, God created both the poor and the rich and love all of them and has made you the helper, builder and the restorer your weak neighbor, poor neighbor, afflicted neighbours, the downtrodden, the accident and war victims, the poor widows, the orphans and all children with pitiful stories. Make proper sure to give help and attention to people of this class, that is why God made you to be rich in order to visit and care for the poor. – Don’t fail this-
Take the burden and sufferings of the helpless citizens in your shoulder and find Biblical means to help them and to make them be like others, therefore, be God’s great instrument of rehabilitation.
Don’t look down on the poor, nor despise the helpless ones in society, but pray for them, help them and contribute to that which shall make them to be like others because God is counting on you.
Make yourself to be always “BLESSINGS” to others and to always be a great instrument to bless others, by meeting the needs of the needy, because whatever you are doing here on earth is being recorded in heaven, which shall constitute your later rewards.
Use your money, your acquisitions and the blessings of God in your life to bless others, to enrich others and to care for those desiring your blessings and all those who want to be like you in possessions.
Avoid all forms of killing, whether with your heart, hand, eye, tongue, hatred or with any weapon visible to you, because God shall not found him guiltless who kills his neighbor.
Make your heart a mercy and benevolent store to care and to help those in need of your blessings and to those who need miracle of great supplies from you and from your income. God shall never fail to reward you with more income and with good health, with long life, with peace and protection.
Cast your bread upon the waters and after many days you shall get them from God, therefore learn how to give and to support the poor around you because the godly life of GIVING generates greater blessings from God to you.
Be your brother’s keeper, therefore be it known to you that the sustenance of the poor, the weak, the poor widows, the hungry fellows and all in grate want are in your hand and upon your shoulder, therefore make great and quick haste to lose them.
Remember, that HE who has mercy on the poor has lent to the lord and God pays him back up to hundred fold, therefore, your numerous expectations and miracles are hanging on your numerous benevolent services you render to the poor, think on this –
Remember, it is appointed unto men once to die but after death judgment follows. Every man shall be judged with his works on earth and on how best he served God and general humanity on earth.
Live at peace with all around you and see everyone as your brother, because you don’t know who shall be your rescuer tomorrow when you will be in trouble or any afflictions that may come unknown to you.

RULES AND REGULATIONS IN BISHOP EMMANUEL EL FOUNDATION INTERNATIONAL
There are rules and regulations in this organization. These rules and regulations include the standards and conditions of operations of this godly organization as are stated below.

All workers and staff of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international shall be believers in Christ and godly oriented individuals.
Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation is an interdenominational organization that shall employ staff from any denomination.
The benevolent services, mercy works and compassionate sponsorship to the victims shall be inter-religious, inter-tribe and international love to all afflicted.
No alcoholic drinks nor any intoxicant is allowed in the compound of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international, neither as a gift, as donation nor as private property.
Staff or Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation shall be holy men and women well disciplined and with proper conducts exemplifying Christ.
Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation does not charge money from the relations of the poor, nor from the sick, the babies and all the downtrodden in the care of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation and any staff found charging money from the relations of the less privileged shall be terminated and shall have his appointment cancelled.
Every staff of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international must be holy, faithful, diligent, sober, righteous, punctual on duties and should be Christ oriented staff of the organization.
Any donation or gift made to Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international, whether such be cash, kind, material, foods or electronics shall be sincerely used or faithfully be utilized specifically for the initial purpose in which that was donated without diverting such to another issue or to another project, but must spend or used that according to the specification of the giver.
No staff shall starve the babies, the sick and all the downtrodden in the camp and anyone discovered starving these victims shall have his or her appointment terminated. The less privileged ones in the mercy camp must eat three times a day and at the appropriate time of feeding also.
Security officers of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international must close the gates at eh appropriate times and open the same at the stipulated times to avoid the invasion of criminals.
No sales of items nor exchange of goods and materials in the premises of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international, no matter what that might be.
Negligence of duties is a serious offence in this organization because we are dealing with the lives of human beings, therefore, staff incharge of cooking must do that diligently and carefully those in charge of feeding and clothing children must do that with love and seriousness, those for compound cleaning to do that with zeal and patience to the glory of God.
Lateness and negligence to duties are sin and are not allowed in this organization unless with tangible reasons and with genuine excuses.
Staff in charge of the clients health should make sure that children, sick adults or any sick client is given adequate attention and should be rushed to hospital for proper medical attention to the sick.
No staff shall abhor Sunday service, neither should any staff be late nor fail to attend all Sunday worship. No child in the mercy camp also should be allowed to leave Sunday worship, but all in the mercy camp shall attend Sunday worship and other weekly activities of the church without hypocrisy.
Suspicious relationship between two opposite sex are not allowed in the mercy camp, neither can Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international allow anything that can bring its name to disrepute.
No staff should seize or withhold whatever that is brought to the mercy camp on behalf of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation, nor should any staff have private meeting with the patronizers of the organization in order to lure them to him or to herself, any staff in such practice shall have his or her appointment terminated.
Any staff of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation found in sin shall be expelled from the ministry, and shall be ex-communicated from Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation.
Sin is not permitted in the mercy camp and around anywhere within the operation of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international, no matter how little or insignificant the offender may consider his or her sinful action. we are holiness organization and must defend Holiness everywhere and every time. Be you holy 1 Pet. 1:14-15.
Seductive appearances and attires that projects harlots and criminals are not allowed in the mercy camp as these may corrupt the mind of the growing innocent children in our mercy camp.
Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international shall not deviate, nor derail and shall never drop her original vision and mission of mercy services, but must continue to be non profit making organization till JESUS comes. Any person trying to shift this organization from its vision of mercy works and non profit making organization shall be suspended.
The mercy camp of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international shall be open for all and shall receive all visitors. Nevertheless, no visitor shall be allowed after 7pm, neither should any visitor be allowed into the mercy camp before 7am each day.
The supreme task of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation International shall be and shall remain the task of caring for the poor, caring for the downtrodden, treating the sick, treating the accident victims, catering for the widows helping the childless aged couples, sustaining the poor aged people with foods and clothes, paying the tuition fees of the fatherless children, catering, supporting, sponsoring, housing, feeding and catering for the orphans, the deformed children, the abandoned children, the motherless children, the sick children and afflicted people in our society and shall never deviate from such mercy works till JESUS comes.
Morning devotion every day between 5:30am and 6:30am is compulsory to every staff and everyone living in the mercy camp of Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation, also daily night devotion that comes between 9:30pm and 10:30pm is also mandatory to all in the camp both adults and children.
As a holiness organization, Bishop Emmanuel El Foundation international cannot allow strife, enmity, hatred evil plans, quarreling, fighting, envy or any unclean action that can bring the mercy camp to disrepute.

Widows in BMC Awa Oguta received cash and wrapper in 2018, while widows in Umuagbai also received foods and wrappers, widows from Pentecostal churches in Aba south were all blessed with cash of over ten thousand naira (N10,000) each with two wrappers and rice each in 2017, Ohabiam widows also got the same. Widows in rural areas are blessed with foods, cash, wrappers, clothes and with other wearing materials. Many orphans and widows have been blessed with many from this organization.

Treating the poor sick citizens in the rural areas who have no cash to go to hospitals for body check and for treatment. Awa born again Christian association (ABACA) as the heavenly focused organization is not a lawless organization, nor is it crisis prone association and never a pressure group in disguise, but godly and heavenly minded association with the aim and ministry of living for Christ and dying for Christ. Below are the accepted rules and regulations of the ABACA.

No member of ABACA shall be a member of Owu traditional culture of Awa, nor shall any member of ABACA be a member of Okorosha, the religious masquerade of Awa, and never shall any member of this association be involved in mgba cultural wrestling activities of Awa. Any member of “ABACA” found in any of these cults or their similar programs shall be dismissed from Awa born again Christian association (ABACA).

Members of ABACA shall not be allowed in mmanwu, which is the social masquerade cult of Awa, nor should any of our members be involved in Nze-na-ozo traditional title of Awa, nor should any member be involved in Ekeleke, Ikeji, Awuru, Ikenga, Iru-agwu, Ogbanje, Igbuichi, Ibuofo ezi (holding of the family gods), Itonkwa, Ohuzo, Igba owu and all ancestral cultures that are contrary to the Christian faith, shall not be accepted by ABACA.

There is nothing like osu in the Bible, and we know the osu cult and the outcast system was introduced by satan and was accepted by our ancestors who were diabolic, fetish and idolatrous whose faith we are 100% against and live in contrary to their faith based on this truth, ABACA strongly affirms that there is nothing like osu in Awa and in every other part of the world. ABACA members have right to marry from any village in Awa without any regard and reference to osu or diala. Any member of ABACA who refuses marriage to a standing Christian based on osu and diala issue shall be excommunicated from this association.

Awa born again Christian association (ABACA) as godly association is heavenly conscious organization therefore does not give regards to indigenes and non-indigenes tribalism, hence every born again citizen is from heaven Jn. 1:6, Jn 14:1-3, we are against any attitudes that shall make a person inferior or second member of God’s family and do not belong to any inferior historical or migratory link or story. Our members shall not be registered members of their village meetings, clan meetings or registered members of the town union meetings through which they shall be responding to the role calls, monthly or weekly contributions, abiding by the laws and rules of such meetings or being fully regulated by such meetings instead of the Holy ghost to regulate us. Nevertheless, our members who are very prominent in their clans, villages or in the town, may have the right to address, pray teach and to preach to their clans, villages or to their towns depending what they have in mind, but must be very careful to avoid compromise. Under this condition, any of our members attending such meetings must have specific godly vision to win his people, but not to be a full registered members of such meeting.

Our members shall not be involved in cultural activities, of the town that are not to the glory of God, such as Christmas dances, 26th, 27th, 28th December which are day or our family day. Our members should not observe such holy days of different villages in the town.

Our members should not observed the second burials or the second funeral remembrance of their late relations after months or years of burial nor should our members show any sign of mourning by putting a particular cloth, cutting of hairs or substance of bushy hairs as a result of mourning. Any member observed with this practice shall be disciplined.

Members of ABACA shall not observe, nor heed to any law or observation of any fetish, healthnic or any ritualistic tradition that contradicts the Bible and Christian practices and shall never contribute to their functions.

ABACA shall uphold any suspension given to any member by his or her local church and any member found in sin shall also be suspended by this association.

Members of ABACA shall support and contribute to all development projects in the town, support and contribute to land projects, hospital projects, schools, markets, electricity, road construction, water projects, local street cleaning and all other projects that are not against the Christian faith.

Our members shall pay their electricity bills, water rates, taxes, licenses, bills and needed fees from the governments or from government institutions.

Our members shall respond to the calls from the state governor, local government chairman, the traditional ruler, councilor, village chairman, the town union president and other functional authorities when they invite us as a group or on individual basis.

Members of ABACA shall pay attention to the calls and announcements of the town criers and shall respond vividly to that which is not contrary to our possessions and confessions.

The body shall only comprise of the called men and women, the apostles, the teachers Eph. 4:11-13. This forum shall be headed by an ordained gospel minister from Awa. This forum is also open for other pastors or gospel ministers from other towns and states who are working and living in Awa. No layman or laywoman is accepted in AGOMFO. This is the meeting of the gospel elders in Awa whose duties are to pray for Awa, plan for gospel progress in Awa, plan and execute peace and progress in Awa, help churches and ministers in Awa help, ABACA and work as the elders of light in Awa. This is quite different from ABACA and shall work as the elders and gospel planners in Awa. They are the people to screen officers of ABACA and present them to the patron for general elections. The ministers forum shall look into cases and matter relating to pastors. Each member of Awa Gospel ministers forum (AGOMFO) must be a registered member of ABACA and must have the progress of Awa born again chhristian association in mind. LOT THE ORPHAN

Lot was the son of Abraham’s brother who died when his son lot was a baby. It was evidently clear also that his wife, the mother of lot also died very early. Lot was a misfortune child like many other orphans in our days. There were great potentials and untapped resources in Lot that would have lavished if no attention was given to him. Abraham was the uncle of Lot who picked up Lot trained him, cared for him, catered for him and finally brought out the hidden riches in Lot. The Bible says, Lot was very rich in oxen, in cattle, in sheep and in many areas of land. He was too great, too prosperous and too famous. Without the attention of Abraham, such great riches and potentials in Lot would have been lavished and benefited no body, but Abraham’s effort made all in Lot to manifest. This is also applicable to the orphans in our days.

2. JACOB THE HANDERER

Jacob the son of Isaac and Rebecca and the younger brother of Esau the son of Isaac and Rebecca left home for security and safety purposes because of the coming destructive attack of his brother Esau who has vowed to kill him because of his birth right that was obtained by Jacob his younger brother.

Jacob left home and became wanderer until he came across his uncle Leban who also took him trained him, housed him, catered for him, cared for him and finally equipped him. The Bible recorded that Jacob was too wealthy, too great, too powerful, too progressive and too rich in cattle, in oxen, in silver, in sheep and too great in wisdom. All these potentials were hidden in Jacob waiting for a developer before Leban developed him. It was Leban that built and developed Jacob greatly. Jacob was the father of the twelve sons who were the twelve tribes of Israel. Jacob is still alive today as long as Israel exists. 3. JOSEPH, THE REJECTED SON OF JACOB

Joseph was the eleventh son of Jacob and Rachel was hated by the ten elder ones because of his vision. He was thrown into the pit and later sold to the Ishmaelite, from there to the land of Egypt into the house of Potifer where he was bitterly accused of severe attempt to rape his mistress under such accusation was thrown into prison, from where His potentials was made to manifest and became blessing to other prisoners, but when God’s appointed time came, he was lifted up, brought out of the prison to the sit of the Egyptian prime minister. Did his brothers who sold him know he was a prime minister when they were altogether at home?

4. MOSES, THE ABANDONED CHILD

Moses was an abandoned child who was born in Egypt when there was a decree to kill all male babies born to the Hebrews in the land of Egypt. This exercise was carried out immediately in the land of Egypt, while male babies born to the Hebrews were being killed the mother of Moses took the baby to the private river side prepared for the princess of the land of Egypt. The abandoned child was dropped there day and night with a little girl called Miriam watching the outcome of the child who also was her younger brother of the same parents. It was so till when the princess the daughter of Pharaoh wanted to take her bath saw the abandoned child crying and picked him up and took him to herself and immediately adopted him as her own son, catered for him, fed him, housed him, owned him, trained him and properly equipped him as a great Egyptian who shall one day become king or nearer to the throne of Egypt. Moses was trained in ancient Egyptian college of indoctrination forty (40) years training for general leadership from Jethro (Rauel) who later became his father in-law. Moses, the abandoned child was the first prophet, first leader, first preacher, first teacher, first war leader, first intercessor, first evangelist, first pastor, first shepherd, first law giver, first seer, first pastor, first God representative and first man of God in Israel. What if Moses was killed or not picked up by Pharaoh’s daughter? Who would have done all these. He was the only man that saw and heard God spoke face to face. 5. OBED, THE ADOPTED SON OF NAOMI

Obed was the adopted son of Naomi, born by Ruth the Moabitess who was the daughter in-law of Noami who followed her to the land of Israel and later became legal wife of Boaz through whom the child Obed was born by Ruth but adopted by Naomi, who nursed, housed him, cared for him, catered for him, fed him and finally mothered him with all motherhood benefits. Obed, the son of Boaz, was the father of Jesse, the father of David the best and the greatest king in Israel. Who knew that Ruth was carrying such great potential in her and who knew that the baby of Naomi shall be the grandfather of the greatest king in the ancient Palestinian world? Unless man cares, the potential shall die with the possessors.

6. ESTHER, AN ORPHAN THAT BECAME THE QUEEN

Esther was a Jewish orphan who was brought up by her uncle Mordecai who also was among the victims of Babylonian and Persian captivities. She had no parents and perhaps did not know any of them, hence Mordecai took her at her childhood. It might be partially believed that her parents might be victims of such wars and other hostile attacks. Esther was an orphan and suffered all abuses, pains and problems that are very common to other orphans. She was brought up by her uncle Mordecai who trained and groomed her to the youthful level before her marriage with the king. Esther was later married to the king of Persia and became the first Jewish lady to marry the king in the strange land. Her name was everywhere and her influence was too great in those days. She became the mother, shelter and the preserver of the lives of her people in the strange land. She was the first orphan in the history of Israel to become the queen. Who knew that Esther an orphan had such potential to become the queen in the land of Persia? There are many orphans around us, lets join hands together to build and to help them to survive in order to use their potentials to help our nation.

7. JEPHTA, THE REJECTED WAR COMMANDER

Jephta was a rejected and ejected son who was born by a harlot. His rights were denied and his inheritance seized, while he left the compound without cash, without money, without property and without any benefit from his father’s house. They never see the great potentials in Jephta, who flee to his maternal home and was trained by his mother’s relations. He became great powerful and very famous in the land. When the enemies attacked his father’s land, there was no other person to deliver God’s people, thus they remembered that Jephta is the only savior at hand. It was this Jephta that delivered his people and defeated their enemies and brought victory to Israel. He was among the judges in Israel. We still have rejected people around us today, let us find ways to help these people in order to make them more useful in our days.
